Dr. Jose G. Rodriguez, affectionately known as “Dr. J,” is a pastor, author, educator, and U.S. Navy veteran committed to helping believers live with clarity, courage, and conviction. Through Troika Ministries, he equips individuals to shed limiting beliefs, embrace authentic faith, and walk boldly in their God-given calling.

Dr. J’s journey reflects a life shaped by faith, discipline, and service. As a U.S. Navy veteran, he developed a strong foundation of leadership, resilience, and integrity. His calling into ministry and education grew from a deep desire to see people live authentically before God—not bound by fear, past failures, or limiting beliefs.
