Dr. Jose G. Rodriguez, affectionately known as “Dr. J,” is a pastor, author, educator, and the visionary founder of Troika Ministries—a faith-based movement dedicated to empowering believers to live with clarity, courage, and conviction. A proud U.S. Navy veteran and respected leadership scholar, Dr. J masterfully blends biblical truth with practical wisdom to help individuals shed limiting beliefs, rediscover their purpose, and walk boldly in God’s calling.
Through his writing and teaching, Dr. J inspires spiritual transformation rooted in authentic faith and daily renewal. His work invites readers to embrace growth, healing, and purpose through a deeper connection with Christ.
When he’s not teaching or writing, Dr. J enjoys spending time with his wife, Ruby, and their children—Judah, Jody, Jeralyn (married to Sebastian), and Jeriah (married to Chloe). They are also blessed with a cherished granddaughter, Mila, who brings joy and laughter to their family.
